If you are not very technical you can take advantage of our Operator Assisted Setup when you sign up for a Hosted Exchange account at Gotham Web. Our support engineers will connect to your computer and setup Outlook for you at no additional cost.

During the Operator Assisted Setup our engineers will share your computer desktop screen and assist you with the following:

• Configure DNS if required
• Install Outlook 2007 if needed
• Configure your Exchange email in Outlook 2007
• Migrate your Calendars and Contacts
• Assist in migrating your old mail to Hosted Exchange
• Test basic options and configurations in Outlook
