ARE THERE ANY LONG TERM CONTRACTS WITH DEDICATED SERVERS?

Gotham Web Services requires a minimum of a 6 month contract with dedicated servers.

WHAT ARE THE BILLING TERMS WITH DEDICATED SERVERS?

Dedicated servers are billed on a monthly or quarterly basis.

WILL GOTHAM WEB SERVICES HANDLE DNS AND MAIL?

We will handle DNS for all dedicated servers. If your server is Linux, it comes preinstalled with a mail server. If it is Windows, we will provide a 50 domain and 250 user SmarterMail license. If your server is an Enterprise Level server then you may elect to use our shared mail servers instead of your own mail server.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A DEDICATED SERVER UP AND RUNNING?

This depends on the server type and configurations. Many servers are available in stock for immediate delivery. Servers not in stock can take up to 7 days for delivery.
